About Us

Hey all! This nail blog is run by Jade and Xin Yi.

We're just two ordinary girls who share the same passion for nail art! Xinyi started off with her amazing french tipped nails, so one day at college Jade asked, "How did you do that?" So she experimented nail art on her own after that with a bit of Xin Yi's guidance :) Not too long later our love for nail art grew even more and was brought to a whole new level because nearly every fortnight we'll have new designs to look forward to. It's funny that we squeal over nail designs! it sounds bimbotic but yeah we truly enjoy this. We're not professionals since we only do this as part of our leisure. Truthfully speaking we still have a lot more to learn. We hope that we can continue to improve further and create even prettier designs! :3 Thank you for visiting and liking our pictures. Yeap it’s been a long time we’ve updated here with some Kpop inspired designs. In conjunction to Big Bang Alive Tour 2012 in Singapore last week, I decided to paint on something from GD’s “Crayon” music video. PLEASE check out the MV if you haven’t! Also his latest solo album, “ONE OF A KIND” :D

Big Bang “With U” Inspired Nails

Did these over the weekend. Big Bang is my first bias group! I chose a concept based from their English album “With U”. I just like the fact that they’re always really colourful.

As you can see I did picture tutorials for the designs on my thumb and middle finger. Actually I did for all 5 finger nails but I don’t think it’s necessary to show the rest since I’ve been forgetful to take pictures after one step was done /fail. Hope you find this helpful! I need a better camera. I wish I could do video tutorials instead. I’ll be doing more Big Bang ones in the future - Lollipop/Gara Gara Go? Suggestions~!
